What do you recommend - the ceremony, the vision quest or both?
The full traditional circle as Tata Kachora teaches and recommends it includes both the ceromonies and the visionsquest. For the full experience come in the afternoon of the 22nd of August and stay until midday of the 30th August.
However Tata also gave his blessing, that it is possible to come only to either the ceremony or go on the visions quest.
The ceremony will be from 23.-26. August. The visions quest from 26.-30. August.
I can only come for a shorter time. Is that possible?
We know that the planning of the retreat is of short notice so we fully understand if you already have appointments. Any additional day that you spent in the retreat will help you to fully arrive and become part of the transformation. This experience can and most likely will change your life. So from our own experience it is worth it to consider re-arranging your plans, so you can be here at least two oder three days. If this is not possible we welcome you on any day
of the ceremony and ask you to participate at least one day and one night.
For the vision quest you should arrive Monday the 26th August after lunch. On tuesday morning 27. Aug, you will go to your spot and return on Friday morning 30. Aug.
Single days are not possible.
Where do I sleep?
The Beuerhof, where the retreat will take place, is a rustic seminar hotel and offers 25 beds in simple rooms.
There are 4 more options for accomodation:
1. sleep on one of the 20 mattrasses in the group room / "Kaminsaal" (please bring your own sleeping bag)
2. Bring your own tent.
3. Come in a caravan or car, you can park it on the property.
4. Book a room or an apartment in one of he villages nearby.
What do we eat?
During the ceremony there are three meals a day included in the price for accomodation. The Beuerhof provides us with organic vegetarian food. Vegan options are avaible, when you tell us beforehand. There is water and tea for free at anytime of the day. Other drinks, like juice, you can buy. Do not bring you own drinks please.
Staying in an apartment in one of the villages nearby you have 3 meals a day for 35 € and give a fee for the Beuerhof for 10 € a day.

Four days of ceremony: seven sweat lodges and seven dances: 280-420 €
Four days of visions quest: 280-420 €
Both together: 480-700 € .
Personal Consultation with Tata: 100-150 €.

We sincerly invite you to pay what you can give with a warm feeling in your heart. This can even be more or less than the suggested fees written above. Please be generous, so we can cover the high costs of the flights rent etc.. Also the energy you receive here is beyond price. Thank you for your support.
After you have registred, you will receive the billing information via mail.
You can also pay cash.
Please note that the fee for accomodation and food goes directly to the Beuerhof. They only accept cash. The four nights of stay during the ceremony from 22. to 26. of August will cost 4 x 76 € = 304€ per person. In a tent/car/caravan or on mattrasses in the group room 4 x 66 € = 264 € per person. The food is included.

Can I bring my children?
Yes. We welcome participants of any age. This is a family event.
For organisational reasons we ask you to take full responsibility for the care of your child. There is a timed daily routine from early morning to the evening and participants are in their own process. If you plan to participate in the full ceremony you need to organize someone who is with your child. We recommend, however, to take it easy, and leave some parts of the ceremony out. You can still stay connected to the group and the process.
Children will not go into the sweat lodge but they can participate in the dance.
What do I bring?
Little stuff and lots of love.
Bring normal sturdy clothes to be in nature and white clothes for the dance.
If you want to sleep in the tent bring your own tent, mattress, sleeping bag and flashlight. If you go on the vision quest, we will send you an list of things to bring.
Can I bring pets?
No, because they are free roaming animals on the Beuerhof.
Directions to the Beuerhof
By car:
Köln (Cologne) is 1 hour away by car. Düsseldorf, 1,5 hours, Frankfurt 2 hours, Amsterdam 3 hours. The adress is: Beuerhof 1, D-54579 Üxheim
Put in „Heerstraße“ in your navigator and follow the signs.
By train:
The train station Jünkerath is about 20 km from Beuerhof. From there it is 25 Minutes by car. Let us know in advance and we can pick you up with a shuttle (5 € one way).
